Old Baldy Foundation. Cart line up at the old tent site in the harbor
begins at 9 a.m. and the parade begins at 10 a.m. Join the Old Baldy
Foundation for one the island’s most beloved traditions. Decorate your
cart in one of the following categories: Anything BHI, Patriotic, or Tacky
Tourist.
