Pet Policy
Maximum of 2 pets per home. $200 non-refundable pet fee. Monthly pet rent of $15 per pet. Fees apply to pre-registered pets only. For non-registered pets there will be an additional $100 fee. Penalties may apply for not disposing of pet waste properly per incident. Pet Photo required. Restricted breeds include: American Staffordshire Terrier, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrids, Doberman Pinscher, Bullmastiff, German Shepherd, Great Dane, or Chow.
