The 44th annual fair features exciting midway rides and games, Victoria Circus thrill shows, demolition derbies, animal shows, live music, local entertainment, community exhibits, booths, vendors and favorite fair food.
Fair highlights:
• Tuesday: First Responders Tug-of-War (6pm); Cheerleading Competition (6:30pm)
• Wednesday: Simply Dance (5:30pm); Spelling Bee - Grades 6-8 (6:30pm)
• Thursday: Waccamaw Siouan Dancers (5pm); Pole Top Rescue Demonstration (7pm)
• Friday: Senior Day entertainment (1-4pm); Diaper Derby (6pm); Demolition Derby (7pm, $3); Randy Hawse & True South (8 pm)
• Saturday: The Randy Pinyan Band (4:30pm); Fair Pageant (6pm); Demolition Derby (7pm, $3)
• Sunday: Praise & Worship with Bristol Creek Baptist Church & Charlie Manning (3-6pm)
Fair admission: $8 (free for ages 5 & younger)
Carload Sunday: Admission & unlimited rides are $60/carload for all legally seat-belted occupants.
Regular-price ride wristbands (for riders 36" & taller) are $25 on site or online before 4pm Tues., Oct. 8 for $20 each or 4/$75. Ride tickets are also available on the midway.
Fair hours: 4-11pm Tuesday - Friday, 1-11pm Saturday, 1-8pm Sunday. Parking is free.
