Description
In 1989, the 200 capacity restaurant was purchased by Lois and Alan Gerald, who had worked at Dale's Seafood for about eleven years. Lois retired from education at Whiteville High School where she taught home economics, 14 years of which were food service. To fulfill a dream Lois had before the purchase, a complete renovation of the original dining room and a facade was built in 1995 by Bill Worley & Sons, Contactor. The architect was Armond Carter. The new addition offered a 300 seat capacity. Because the kitchen became too small for the increased capacity, a kitchen renovation was done in 1996 by Bill Worley & Sons. The architect was Robbie Waldron. Dale's Seafood serves lunch and dinner. There are three private dining rooms and a minimum catering. Lois, Anne and Alan have been affliated with Dale's Seafood of Whiteville for 39 years. Dale's Seafood aims to please and keep prices reasonable. The staff at Dale's Seafood invites you to dine with us.
