The Sears Landing family is an important part of the larger Topsail neighborhood. Numbering over 50 members each year, we participate in various charitable events supporting worthy causes that benefit others. You will probably recognize the faces of many of our long time employees as you return year after year.... with good reason. At Sears Landing, everyone is treated with respect and appreciation, and being happy, turnover is minimal. Our former co-workers stay in touch and remain our friends as they continue to be good citizens wherever they go. Some have settled here, are having children, and continue to give back to our community.
